End of Warranty Recalls
Hearing Buddy offers an end of warranty check to all its clients as part of our
commitment to be there for you throughout your journey with us. Hearing aid
manufacturers often include a three-year repair warranty with their devices.
When your hearing aid warranty is set to expire in the third year, we'll notify
you and send your hearing aids in for service. By doing so, we seek to avoid any
immediate repair costs and to ensure that your hearing aids last as long as
possible. Moreover, we can also take a note of any specific difficulties you are
experiencing and address them in a timely manner. To ensure that you can
continue to enjoy your life while your hearing aids are being serviced, we will
arrange for loan hearing aids and configure them to your current settings.
